A: It’s easy! You can book through our website, DM us on social media, or give us a call/text.

 Q2: Can I choose my therapist?
A: Yes! If you have a preference, let us know, and we’ll match you with a therapist who aligns with your needs.

 Q3: Do I need to prepare anything before my session?
A: Nope! Just come as you are. If you’d like, you can jot down a few thoughts or concerns beforehand, but it’s totally optional.

 Q4: What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
A: Life happens! Just give us a heads-up at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll reschedule your session.

 

 Q5: Are my sessions confidential?
A: 100%. Everything you share stays between you and your therapist. Your privacy and trust matter to us.
